Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Fabrics cut to order (per metre) are non-returnable unless defective.

Process

• Contact us at info@cottontale.co.za or 078 098 8280 with your order number.
• Once approved, return the product to us (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was faulty/damaged).
• After inspection, we’ll process a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Cut fabrics, custom orders, workshop bookings, and sale items are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
